Geranium Brookside Double is a vigorous and versatile variety that can tolerate almost any situation even in full shade. This variety produces a mass of double purple-pink blooms that stand above the delicate foliage, this foliage turns to shades of burnt red and orange in autumn. This geranium is perfect for planting in herbaceous perennial borders where it will quickly blend as it creates a colourful groundcover but will also look just as beautiful in shady woodland gardens. Height: 25cm (10”). Spread:60cm (24”).Plant hardy geraniums in a sunny or shaded position on any well drained soil.Water regularly until fully established. Remove old foliage and faded flower stems throughout the growing season to promote continuous fresh growth. In autumn, cut the foliage back completely. Apply a mulch of well-rotted manure to the base of the plant in spring.
