Description
Echeveria 'Devotion' is an exceptional outdoor succulent known for its striking form and vibrant colors. This variety stands out with its compact, multi-branching growth pattern and a dome of sculptural leaf rosettes atop its stems.While 'Devotion' doesn't produce flowers, its vivid, evergreen leaves provide year-round interest. The fleshy foliage features a captivating mix of mint green and deep red edges, which deepens to a rich maroon under bright light as the seasons progress. In contrast to other Echeveria varieties, 'Devotion' has leaves covered in delicate, velvety hairs, giving it its common name, the 'Chenille Plant'. This succulent requires minimal care and watering, and it's hardy down to -10º Celsius as long as it remains dry. It's an excellent choice for a sunny, well-drained spot in a terracotta pot, alpine trough, or rockery, and can also be grown indoors on a sunny windowsill or in a conservatory.
