Callicarpa Bodinieri Profusion comes up as a deciduous shrub, which produces swathes of purple-green foliage, morphing to rosy red colour in autumn.The flowers are small pale purple, but the plant really comes into its own as it produces masses of purple, glossy berries that are really eye-catching.The habit is medium-sized shrub of upright habit, 3 metres in height, and the leaves will be 5-12 in length.Callicarpa likes to be planted in fertile, free draining soil, in full sun or semi shade.
