Thermoguard Flame Retardant Topcoat is a solvent-based, decorative flame-retardant paint for use over Thermoguard Wallcoat, Timbercoat and Thermocoat to protect, decorate and complete these fire protection systems. Thermoguard Flame Retardant paints assist in the control of fire hazards caused by combustible materials such as wood paint and paint in buildings by releasing a flame extinguishing gas upon contact with a fire, designated Class O. This product is to be used in conjunction with Thermoguard Wallcoat, Timbercoat or Thermocoat speak to technical below for guidance. Available in an eggshell or gloss finish in most RAL, BS and NCS colours. Available in both 2.5ltr and 5ltr pack sizes. A Fire Certificate is issued on request for each specified project for insurance, Fire and Building Control Authority and Client Records.
