Handmade solid Oak side table with shelf, this piece has been a development from the plant stand/round table I currently make, to expand its usefulness around the home. The table like my other pieces they are made from 25mm solid European oak top & 25mm solid Oak legs & are available in various heights & diameters to suit your needs. They are all made by hand by myself using traditional hand tools, it is hand planed, jointed & smoothed with a cabinet scraper to give a fine finish. The legs are hand turned, fixed using contrasting timber wedges & the shelf is doweled into position. The piece is finished in danish oil as standard but available to be finished in beeswax, walnut stain, teak stain, medium oak & lime wax. Environmentally friendly: Timber - All our timber are FSC certified, we only produce pieces to order to minimise waste & excess.
