Not to be confused with regular gold plating, Our vermeil (ver-may) pieces consist of a thick layer of 14k solid gold on sterling silver and protected with an e-coating. We use 14k gold that is a minimum of 3 microns thick, as required by the Federal Trade Commission to classify vermeil, layered over sterling silver. All of our 14k gold vermeil pieces are stamped 925. Gold vermeil is a fantastic option for building a collection of high-quality jewellery that gives you the look and feel of gold at a fraction of the cost. Excess sweat and water? No thank you.
