Conceived in the 1960s for outdoor excursions, the Back-To-Berkeley Boots pay homage to TNFs heritage while embracing a durable future, fortified by a waterproof DryVent membrane and environmentally friendly nickel-free metal hardware.In the fourth iteration of our beloved Berkeley design, TNF designers have elevated it with a full-grain leather upper and a lining crafted from 100 recycled PET mesh. The leather collar, suede logo patch, and rand are sourced from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, reinforcing these boots as a conscientious choice for the planet.As comfort paramount, the Back-to-Berkeley includes a padded tongue for instant wearability and a molded-EVA midsole, with a significant portion derived from plant-based materials rather than petroleum. A compression-molded TPU heel clip ensures stability, and the rubber outsole composed of up to 20 recycled content, underscoring TNFs commitment to a greener future.
