What's more, the Classic Gin, which buzzes with juniper and notes of cracked black peppercorns and tangy marmalade, is perfect for a Boxing Day G & T. Amidst the tranquil beauty of Cumbria's rolling greenery, dramatic fells and sparkling water resides an old Victorian cattle farm that has been converted into a world-class spirits producer.
