Tresor hanging light made of discs of silver-plated metal This gem comprises large metal discs in various sizes. Each individual disc has been silver-plated and hand-soldered. From a distance, it looks as though the individual levels of the pendant light are aligned in the shape of a sphere. The pendant light becomes a fascinating light when the light is switched on. The lighting manufacturer Terzani was founded by Italian glass designer Sergio Terzani back in 1972. Sergio Terzani befriended the French designer Jean-François Crochet in the mid-1980s and numerous light sculptures and accessories for the homes have been created as a result of this friendship. Terzani’s passion for glass art and Jean-François Crochet’s flair for extravagant shapes can be seen in each of the individual lights. As a result, Terzani lights are far more than just light sources. They are works of art that are created through excellent craftsmanship combined with a wealth of ideas and a love for detail.
