TaylorMade Spider SR Platinum Single Bend Golf Putter The Spider SR Platinum Single Bend Golf Putter by TaylorMade delivers refined stability through a multi-material design with wing back weights. This combines with the new Fluted Feel™ shaft, Tour-proven Pure Roll™ insert and the white True Path™ to create fantastic stability, a great feel and the alignment of a Spider Putter. White True Path™ Featuring a new white arrow design in the cavity, this improves alignment and allows players to center the golf ball. They have made their alignment lines white because white is the most reflective colour, and it allows the human eye to see the path of both the stroke and the ball. Fluted Feel™ Shaft Featuring a newly engineered putter shaft with a sofer section located 5" from the tip. This is designed to enhance feel, increase stability and tighten dispersion. White TPU Pure Roll™ Insert This is used for a softer feel. The Pure Roll™ grooves are at a 45 angle, promoting forward roll as well as a better sound, feel, and overall roll characteristics. The white Pure Roll™ insert also creates better symmetry with the white True Path™ alignment. Wing Back Weights Made from either Steel (10g) or tungsten (15g, 20g), and this optimises swing weight. Cast-In Sole Weights Featuring two 58g steel weights cast into the sole of the frame, and these are designed to improve sound, feel, and stability. Multi-Material Design TaylorMade has used a combination of materials to create optimised stability. The heavy cast-in steel sole weights and the tungsten/steel back weights combine with lightweight aluminium to maximise MOI.
