TaylorMade P770 Golf Irons: The TaylorMade research and development team have spent excessive amounts of time speaking to TOUR PLAYERS to create the ULTIMATE PLAYERS IRONS. Taking and using information from TaylorMades successful ranges of irons, TaylorMades design team have managed to challenge the boundaries of how the ultimate players iron should perform. A Multi-Step forging procedure has been incorporated into the manufacture of the P770; using a 2000 tonne press the forged 1025 carbon steel is shaped and finished to exacting levels of quality. A tungsten back bar is a key feature of the P770, this enables the 3 to 7 irons to have the perfect centre of gravity, thus increasing the moment of inertia and resulting in greater forgiveness and workability.
