This set of scales will accurately measure dry and wet ingredients up to 5kg/11lb/5L, either in mixing bowls or containers or directly on the weighing platform. A handy Tare function zeros out the weight of bowls or containers before you weigh ingredients or when adding multiple ingredients into one bowl - simply push the Tare button before adding each ingredient.
