Place your dry and liquid ingredients in a measuring bowl and weigh them on the shiny surface. The 16.5 x 23.5 cm (6½ x 9½ inch) platform is ideally-sized for most bowls and containers. It's stain resistant, odour resistant and easy to wipe clean too, so you can measure solid ingredients, such as fruits and veggies, directly on the platform. The Taylor Pro meat thermometer probe makes it really easy to take accurate internal temperatures. It's so simple to use: place the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of your meat, fish or poultry. The cooking thermometer will provide a reading between 0°C to 100°C (20°F to 220°F).
