Description
Our Taverna posters are hand screen printed in our London studios using water based pigments and paper created from recycled, disposable coffee cups. The Green colour way is printed using a bright green ink onto a pale grey base with cornflower blue text. This poster printed onto heavyweight, 350 gsm G F Smith paper stock. We have hand signed and titled each one. We printed the posters in our Woolwich studio, located right on the banks of the River Thames and on the site of old dockyards. In the summer the sunlight reflects off the river surface and onto our walls and ceiling...so we constantly feel surrounded by water. In order to flatten your print when it arrives, remove the print from the tube and unroll it. Lay it out, image side up, on a flat surface. With a sheet of smooth paper still covering the print's image, place a few, smooth, flat, heavy objects (such as books) on the ends and middle of the print. Let it sit for a couple of hours or overnight.
