Targus Lap Chill Pro is a USB powered high performance cooling mat for your laptop. Dual fans supply superior active cooling to the base of your laptop at 2500 revolutions per minute (RPM). The fans are positioned below a ventilated surface which allows heat to dissipate and air to flow around your laptop.
