This portable standing desk has been designed for simplicity, convenience, & practicality. It can be assembled in seconds & requires no glue/screws/fixings. Simply interlock the components & away you go! Made from your choice of laminated Baltic Birch (149) or Solid Oak (279). I season the desks with mineral oil & finish with a natural beeswax coating which both protects the wood from moisture/marking & provides a lovely smooth finish. A lot of the cheaper alternatives out there are sold unsealed leaving the desks open to marking & warping. All our timber is sourced from a local FSC certified supplier in Kent, United Kingdom. Packs away flat when not in use. The perfect addition to your home office. You can adjust the height of the shelves as required by placing the shelves into whichever of the 12 slots best suits your needs. The desk is supplied with 1 large shelf & 1 small shelf. Typically you would place your laptop or monitor on the small shelf at eye level & place your keyboard/mouse/notepad on the larger shelf at elbow height. Dimensions: Once assembled the desk is 80cm tall. The desk footprint is 40cm deep by 35cm wide. The large shelf is 80cm wide. The small shelf is 35cm wide.
