Description
The carving knife was designed to cut meat into thin slices. Compared to the chef knife it can be personalized with the carving knife, the cuts due to the thinner blade perform targeted. This sharp carving knife is specially made to prepare roasts, meat rolls and ham. The carving has a silky design and great corrosion resistance. Especially for professional cookery or for intensive home use, the knives are of exceptionally high quality. The knife blades are forged from 1.4116 steel and hardened by heat treatment. The knife handles are made of stainless steel and with triple riveting. The blade and handle are matt polished and provide a nice aesthetic surface. The knives have a corrosion resistance and its exceptional hardness on the type of steel used X50CrMoV15. The chef knife passed the ISO 8442-5 standard in the categories shearing ability ICC> 105 test and the longevity TCC> 640 one as well.
