The Summer Infant Wide View Duo Camera Video Baby Monitor has a range of 240 metres, enough to cover you through the whole house. The monitor unit has rechargeable batteries making it nice and portable for moving around the home or garden. This baby monitor set is expandable, allowing you to connect up to four additional cameras, which allows you to automatically scan rooms within your home to not miss a thing (additional cameras sold separately). Two cameras are included in the set, both with a digital zoom function to ensure that you can see your baby as clearly as possible. They both feature a soft-glow night light which will emit red light which has been proven to help induce sleep; this will then be followed by a blue light to soothe and relax your child throughout the night. For complete viewing ease, wall-mounting hardware and cord security clips are included.
The monitor unit (parent unit) will show you live data such as the room temperature of your child’s nursery in addition to this you have a two-way talkback function so you can speak to and soothe your child if they become restless. The device is also equipped with noise activated visual warning LEDs and low battery and out of range indicators to guarantee you always stay connected. There is also adjustable volume and brightness controls for your comfort and to help you adapt to your environment.
