This helps makeup be applied more easily. To use: Apply a thin, even layer across clean eyelids and gently pat onto undereye area after applying eye cream. Layer as needed for desired coverage. Let set for up to 30 seconds before applying any makeup. Can be worn by itself for a natural look.
