Handmade to an old family recipe this stout Christmas pudding is full of juicy currants sultanas raisins and figs that have been left to steep in stout for up to two weeks they combine them with the rest of the ingredients including a special pudding spice mix.The stout gives this Christmas pudding a delicious dark and rich flavour. Wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon. After steeping the juicy currants sultanas raisins and figs in stout we combine them with the rest of the ingredients including our special pudding spice mix. They let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and leave to mature to perfection. These make fantastic gifts. Reheat take label and ribbon off pudding place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave take pudding out of all wrappings 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle. BBD Christmas 2020 Puddings will have a BBD of end Feb 2021. 450g serves 4. 900g serves 8.
