A generously proportioned Farmhouse dining table frame, features angled legs & a truss beam support detail. This rectangular dining table frame matches well with many styles of dining chairs & it is ideal for those who enjoy entertaining or seating the whole family for dinner. An incredibly strong & smart table frame made by us to last a lifetime & available in several sizes & colour finishes. The standard height of this table frame is 72 cm. Frame is made of 80x80mm & 80x40mm steel box sections. With our in-house powder coating facility, steel frames can be finished in variety of colours to the highest standard. The top section of the frame will arrive with pre-drilled slotted plates for fixing into a wooden table top. Legs have captive nuts welded into the box section of the legs to allow fixing the joining frame without any fixings being on show on the outside faces. Supplied with suitable amount of bolts & coach screws. Suitable for wide range of table tops. MATERIAL Our frames are made from ERW steel box which is so called because of the electronic resistance welding method employed in its manufacture, which uses a combination of heat & pressure resulting in a very consistent & strong forged weld seam. However it is employed, mild steel square ERW box offers a terrific level of performance & reliability, & it is also favoured as a very 'green' option as it is widely recycled. Mild steel square box benefits from the strength & low weight of this structure. FINISHES CLEAR FINISH - legs are degreased & then powder coated in clear gloss or clear matt to give a hard wearing coating, protecting from rust & enhancing the industrial steel finish. POWDER COATING STANDARD COLOURS - welds are ground off & sanded back to a smooth finish, next they are degreased & then powder coated in a stock colour to give a high quality hard wearing coating, protecting from rust. Standard in stock colours are: Matt Black (RAL9005) Satin Black (RAL9005) Gloss Black (RAL9005) Matt White (RAL9003) Matt Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) Gold POWDER COATING NON STOCK COLOURS - welds are ground off & sanded back to a smooth finish, next they are degreased & powder coated in a non-stock colour to give a high quality hard wearing coating, protecting from rust.
