Description
The Stihl RMA 448 TC is largest mower in the Stihl cordless range. It’s powered by Stihl’s Pro lithium-ion batteries and offers petrol-matching power, but without the fumes and running costs. Boasting excellent run times and fitted with efficient brushless motors, Stihl’s cordless mowers give you the freedom of working cable-free without the noise and emissions of petrol engines. The RMA 448 TC is a self-propelled machine which drives the mower to match your walking speed and takes the effort out of mowing up inclines and over bumps. The durable polymer deck is UV and heat resistant and has an integrated carry handle which doubles as a protective bumper. With a wide 46cm cutting width and cutting heights ranging from 25-75mm, the RMA 448 TC can comfortably maintain medium to large lawns and tackle varying grass conditions. The cutting height is changed by moving a conveniently located central lever and the ample 55 litre grass collector has a grass level indicator. Stihl mowers have an innovative Eco mode which when activated automatically adapts the power output required to cut the grass, this will maximise battery life. The mowers are fitted with high-lift blades, these blades cut the grass with minimal resistance and also work to reduce battery consumption. Controlling the RMA 448 TC is made easy with the ergonomic mono-comfort handlebar. The handle and grass box both fold for saving space in the garage or shed. The RMA 448 TC comes without a battery and charger. Stihl recommend the AP 300 227Wh Lithium-ion Battery and the AL 500 charger.
