The Herring Stag Slipper is a classic velvet slipper handmade in England. Featuring a luxurious quilted lining and hand embroidered Stag, they`re not your average slipper. Often referred to as the Albert (after Queen Victoria`s consort), they were originally regarded as house shoes by the English. They became acceptable footwear for wearing with dinner jackets at home or at ones club, and remain so today.
