These moulds are beautifully crafted to give you wonderfully detailed results in no time at all. Simply choose your modelling medium – sugarpaste, marzipan, flower paste or modelling chocolate – and push firmly into the mould. Turn out and decorate as required with liquid or dust food colours. Alternatively, pour melted chocolate into the moulds and allow to set before turning out.
