Description
The 'Japanese Spirea', as this deciduous shrub is often known, is loved particularly for its clusters of deep pink flowers which appear in profusion during late summer. Spiraea japonica 'Anthony Waterer' also has the added attraction of mid-green foliage which can sometimes be variegated with a touch of cream and even pink! This plant is both easy to grow and beautiful too - a great combination with the added bonus of being wildlife friendly.
