Description
The Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper EVO combines effortless control and unrivalled performance to create a true trail-shredding machine. You'll be grinning ear to ear sending it down the toughest trails with the same ease as your old favourites. The new Stumpjumper S-Works EVO pairs Fox Float 36 Factory 160mm travel forks with a Fox Float DPX2 Factory rear shock to provide suspension that won't simply float over obstacles, it will swallow them up like they're not even there. Your forks and shock are both Kashima coated, giving them increased durability and extreme resistance to wear and corrosion, even in salty gritty conditions. Kashima also reduces friction, meaning less heat build up and less need for servicing, as well as the glossy golden finish giving the bike incredible aesthetics too! Superior suspension tuning combined with adjustable geometry puts kinematic performance at the forefront of the design, with reduced compression under pedalling and improved bump performance combining to provide optimal pedalling efficiency and a nimble, fun ride feel, all with more capability than ever before. You'll be fresher for longer, letting you shred your favourite trails all day long without fatigue. Not only is the suspension kinematics of the new Stumpjumper EVO dramatically improved, with new S-Sizing geometry, you're fully equipped for the demands of today's progressive riding: Low and long, with a slacker head tube angle and steeper seat tube angle. The new Stumpjumper EVO is fully adjustable, with the ability to adjust bottom bracket height by 10mm and the head angle by two degrees, both independently of one another. If you want to go full-gnarly, you can even run a mullet set up, with a 27.5 wheel on the rear and a 29er on the front. Rider-First Engineered frames use a size-specific approach ensuring quality handling and unparalleled performance across all sizes, with the sharpest steering and perfect balance aboard a frame that's as light as it could possibly be.SRAM Code RSC 4 piston hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power in all riding conditions, with 200mm rotors front and rear. No matter how rowdy the trail gets, you'll be able to scrub off speed when you need to. Brake late and brake fast, then pedal away again with ease with the perfectly precise actuation of gear changes with SRAM's Eagle AXS groupset, totally wireless providing the slickest shifting possible, created to handle the most demanding rides possible. If you need that little bit more control, the RockShox Reverb dropper post, also equipped with AXS technology, will come to the rescue, letting you send your weight back and hit that big drop off with ease.Specialized's revolutionary SWAT technology isn't new to the Stumpy, but with increased capacity, you can carry more than just your essential spares inside your frame. With the new SWAT bladder, you can fit 625ml of liquid inside your downtube too. Now you can take on more challenging riding than ever before, confident that your Stumpjumper S-Works EVO will have your back.
