The S-Works Shiv Disc TT sets the new standard for speed. Keeping its incredible aerodynamics and fit but now in a new package with disc brakes and a super-light frame. This is the bike to help you top the podium come race day.Disc brakes are now a huge advantage in time trialling, with variable weather conditions, tight twisty circuits and rough surfaces all adding extra dimensions to the racing. With superior stopping power you can brake later, meaning less total time on the brakes and faster times as a result. Disc brakes also create a more stable chassis in corners and extra stiffness when accelerating for better power transfer. But don't worry, adding disc brakes hasn't added an extra drag!This latest S-Works Shiv has been designed to be fast on a multitude of courses, not just the traditional 'flat and fast' course. Time-trialing is now more diverse and so is the new Shiv. The Shiv is now lighter and has improved handling characteristics too.The fit of the Shiv has been greatly improved with new re-designed geometry and front end. Specialized has been able to utilize years worth of Retül bike fit data, including data from their own World-Tour pros to create the ideal fit. The latest Shiv has updated spacers, bridge and armrests which improve the stability of the bike at speed.
