Application • The non-threaded part must completely reach through the upper component. The washer head then pulls the upper component tighter to the lower component with each thread rotation. • Advantages of a washer head compared to a countersunk head: Better tightening of connections also of warped board. Washer head guarantees double the amount of power delivery.
