The Smidge Slice chopping board is made from recycled sustainably sourced salvaged paper.The board is kind to sharp knife blades prevently them from beocming blunt over time. One side of the board is plain and the other has a slight channel unset around the edge, designed for collecting juices or water from ingredients.
