Vapour clean system This simple cleaning system uses steam to loosen deposits in the oven cavity. All you have to do is wipe the residue away with a damp cloth, so you avoid harsh chemicals and endless scrubbing, keeping your oven super clean and also maintaining durability. Stone baked pizza At the base of the oven, you will find a special pizza stone moulding, this can be used with the pizza stone to produce stone-baked pizzas in just 5 minutes right at home. The stone also works as a conductive heat source, by placing the dish directly on it, the heat is transferred through the base, making it ideal for stews and casseroles as well as roasts. Circuliare To create a hot air cooking, a Circuliare element combines with a fan to provide ideal conditions inside your oven. These include 'no preheat' if cook time is more than 20 minutes, 'no flavour transfer' when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy, and shorter cooking times. Grill Function The built-in grill function ensures crisp results for recipes such as melting the cheese on top of a lasagne or sizzling tasty sausages. Just place your ingredients on a rack near the top of the oven for delicious results. Fan Controlled Defrosting Suitable for delicate items such as cream cakes, this light defrost circulates room temperature air around the food slowly, defrosting it hygienically in less than 1/2 the time. On a day of rest, use the oven without having to operate it: Sabbath mode With this setting, the oven maintains a temperature of between 85°C and 140°C for up to 73 hours. You can thus eat warm food on the Sabbath without breaking any religious laws, as you don't have to operate the oven for this. Intuitive Controls The clear screen display on this oven gives you an at-a-glance overview of the status of your cooking. Set an alarm, check the time remaining, and adjust with total precision to ensure perfectly cooked dishes.
