The carafe and all stainless steel blade unit allow fruits and vegetables to be blended ideally. The stainless steel blade unit allows small quantities of food to be chopped excellently. The BLF03 stand mixer has the following functions: Smoothie (for creamy smoothies). Green Smoothie (for smoothies with green ingredients). Ice Crush (for cocktails and slush). In addition, the BLF03 operates four speed settings. The Autoclean function ensures quick and thorough cleaning after each use. All you need to do is use a little water and detergent to activate the function. The carafe, which is made entirely of Tritan TM Renew, holds 1.5 liters.
