The playhouse has a sturdy Birch plywood construction with a water based painted finish which can easily withstand bad weather. The roof has thermal insulation and is waterproofed with pre-cast EPDM rubber. An incorporated drainpipe guarantees a water-tight closure.Inside, the floor is finished with a non-slip material similar to those used in playgrounds. The door's hinges have been specially designed for little fingers to help prevent any unwanted accidents! There are five fixed windows and one opening window, all of which are made of methacrylate for added safety.
