Inspired by North-European architecture, the Smart Playhouse 5ft x 5ft (1.53m x 1.53m) Hobikken Junior Playhouse will make a stylish addition to any garden. The playhouse has a sturdy Birch plywood construction which has been glued with phenolic resins for a highly resistant finish. The water based woodstain finish provides added UV protection. The roof has thermal insulation and is waterproofed with pre-cast EPDM rubber. An incorporated drainpipe guarantees a water-tight closure.Inside, the floor is finished with a non-slip material similar to the type used in playgrounds. The door's hinges have been specially designed for little fingers to help prevent any unwanted accidents! There is an opening window and 2 fixed windows, all of which are made of methacrylate for added safety.
