Upholstered in a luxurious damask fabric, the Ortho Bespoke Bronze mattress features a unique barrel shaped pocket spring interior and a deep layer of British wool. The mattress features a traditional hand tufted finish thats achieved by passing nylon taper through it at regular intervals and secured on each side with woollen tufts. This ensures its deep fillings, such as British wool, high-density polyester support layers and soft poly cotton comfort layers are held securely in place for a smooth surface. A popular choice with high-end mattress manufacturers, natural wool fillings have the ability to disperse excess moisture away from the body for a cooler nights sleep. The core of the mattress features an interior made up of small diameter pocket springs with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of surrounding springs. The springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any neighbouring springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body. A flat rod-edge frame surrounds the perimeter of the spring system. This strengthens the border and provides edge to edge support across the mattress width.
