Upholstered in a stretch knit fabric, the adjustable bed offers a medium to firm support and combines body-contouring pocket springs and a 4cm layer of natural latex. Its a one-sided mattress that does not need to be flipped over, but regular rotation from head to toe will enhance its support, comfort and longevity. Its latex layer is anti-bacterial, creating a cool and fresh sleeping environment and its bounce back properties allow it to recover its shape after each nights sleep. The core of the mattress is made up of small diameter pocket springs with each coil housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of any surrounding springs. The springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any neighbouring springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body. Fitted with sprung slats, the 5-way hinged mechanism offers unique customised support and comfort to all parts of the body, resulting in reduced aches and pains. In addition, the slatted frame is fitted with lumber adjusters in the lower back section. This allows you to decrease or increase the firmness in that area to suit your preference.
