It’s uncompromising style includes a bidirectional rotating bezel with 24-hour ratcheting so you can set up a second time zone with the bright orange UTC hand. The UTC hand can also be used to determine cardinal points, when the current position of the sun is visible. If you’re located in the northern hemisphere, simply position the dial horizontally and turn the watch so that the 12 hour hand points to the sun. The 24-hour hand then points to the north. Incorporating Sinn’s legendary TEGIMENT technology, the bezel of the Sinn 105 St Sa UTC watch is engineered with a black hard coating for optimal scratch resistance while the 41mm stainless steel case is equipped with a screw down crown and case back to provide a water resistant rating of 200 metres. Housed within is the SW 330-1 self-winding mechanism, a Swiss made calibre which provides central hands for hours, minutes and seconds, date, second time zone and a power reserve of 42 hours. Each of these functions are displayed on a classic white matte dial with sporty orange accents protected by sapphire crystal glass with an anti-reflective treatment, the same material also found on the exhibition case back.
