Description
This hexagonal light shade has been made with fabric from a deconstructed vintage Japanese silk kimono . This is an individually handcrafted item so, is totally unique. This fabric is a light to medium weight fine silk with a pattern of peonies in pink & white & arabesque shapes in bright green. The flowers & leaves are outlined with gold and, in some cases, with gold braid. The background is black. The fabric has a woven geometric design in self colour. The shade is 31cm wide at its widest point - the bottom is the same width. The height is 21.5cm. It can be used as a pendant light shade, a table lamp or bedside lamp. The lamp base shown is not included. Please check that the fitting on the bulb holder is compatible with your lamp or light before purchasing. the bulb fitting has a removeable reducing ring so that it can fit various lamps.
