The Geltex 3000 mattress combines Silentnights patented Mirapocket spring system, a 40mm layer of cooling gel, topped off with a deep pillow top for extra comfort. Featuring the same specification as the medium to firm version, this mattress uses a thinner gauge wire for its springs, creating a more gentle and comfortable support. The mattress features a soft and luxurious stretch knit fabric and benefits from a traditional hand tufted finish that ensures the deep fillings are held securely in place. Geltex has been proven to soothe minor aches and pains so you wake up rested and refreshed. Rigorous tests show it will continue to perform just as well throughout its lifespan. It features layers of Eco-Comfort fibres that are designed to keep you cool and helps to regulate your body temperature during the course of the night. The fibres have been treated with Purotex - a natural treatment that combats allergens to create a safe, hypoallergenic and dust mite-free sleeping environment. The interior is made up of a base layer of pocket springs, topped off with a layer of tablet pocket springs, with each one individually wrapped in its own cloth sleeve for total flexibility. Not directly attached to any surrounding springs, the springs are designed to push back against the sleeper39;s body weight to provide piston-like support to the neck, lower back and hip area. As its designed to be single sided, theres no need for the mattress to be flipped over, but regular rotation will enhance its support, comfort and longevity.
