A wonderful outdoor space for your children and their friends to play in, the Shire Little Houses 5ft x 4ft Club Playhouse is a lovely garden hut featuring 4ft x 4ft enclosed space plus a small canopy at the front. The playhouse features a large joinery made opening window fitted with plastic safety glazing and a single door.The playhouse is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat. The floor is constructed from T&G boards, the roof is made with OSB and comes complete with roofing felt.The playhouse is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys and all timber is high grade FSC approved.Please Note: The playhouse comes with an option for a top coat on installation, this is not available for the delivery only option. Please make sure you select the correct options before adding to basket.
