What's more, thanks to the toughened glass and double glazing with storm resistant joinery, you can rest assured you will be kept cosy inside if the weather takes an unexpected turn. Built from slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure is of the best quality and is sustainably sourced. Constructed on a sturdy 3" by 2" frame, and finished in 20mm rebated bevel cladding overlap boards, the Garden Office Studio has been designed to withstand long term use as an outbuilding, and look great too. The timber also arrives pre-treated with a honey brown preservative base coat, ready for you to paint or stain immediately after installation. This allows you to choose just the right colour to suit your space and to stand out from the crowd. Assembly: Fixings, green roof mineral felt, and assembly instructions are supplied. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. You should also make allowance for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
