The 28mm thick interlocking log boards combine to create robust walls, and with the addition of your own solid floor base, you will have a show stopping hot tub house. The untreated nature of the wood requires you to paint or stain it immediately after installation, but means you can choose just the right colour to suit your space. Assembly: Green mineral roof felt and the base frame are provided along with assembly instructions. Shire log cabins are supplied as individual log boards that require length by length assembly, building upwards. Building dimensions are to the edge of the individual boards that make up the unit and will include the crossover of the logs. The Bere Log Cabin is not supplied with a floor, so before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. You should also make allowance for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
