Inspired by this cultural custom, the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time collection pays homage, with each timepiece named after drinks crafted by Hisashi Kishi, renowned head bartender at Star Bar in Tokyo's Ginza district. Kishi introduces a series of Seiko-inspired original cocktails within the theme of 'Tokyo Magic Hour,' enriching his extensive repertoire. Among these creations is the 'Purple Sunset,' featuring a subtle gradation from purple at the top to orange at the bottom, resembling the late embers of the sun setting over Tokyo's skyline.
