An addition to the new 'Retro Colour Collection', this Seiko 5 Sports timepiece is inspired by one of Seiko's iconic heritage pieces from 1969: the 'Checkered Flag', channelling vintage 1960s style. As a re-creation of the 1969 piece, this model maintains the looks plus the black and white colour scheme. Featuring the same dial, 60s-style hands and checkered bezel as the original, it also pays homage to the fan-favourite Seiko 5 Sports SKX case design, measuring 42.5mm. Powered by an in-house built 4R36 automatic movement accurate to +45 / -35 seconds per day, it has a day-date feature at 3 o'clock and is water resistant to 100m.
