Titleist Scotty Cameron Phantom X #5.5 Putter The Phantom X 5.5 golf putter has been created by Scotty Cameron to provide golfers with a putter that offers a more “blade-like” feel in a mallet design while having incredible stability and performance on the greens. When designing this golf putter Scotty Cameron wanted to ensure that golfers had a golf club that was perfectly balanced when at the address of the golf ball. This was achieved by using the new “X” sole which has been milled to an incredible level to ensure golfers have a perfectly balanced with every putt. This balanced design has been used to enhance the accuracy that golfers can expect on the greens, which has been enhanced further thanks to the single milled sightline. This alignment tool has been placed on the top line of the golf club to work in tandem with the curved back wings that X balanced sole place so that golfers can experience incredible putt alignment for enhanced accuracy. The Phantom X 5.5 putter features a solid precision-milled 303 stainless steel face which blends into the body and wings of the mallet design. Included in the design of this golf club is an updated aluminium sole plate that features customisable steel sole weights which combine together to move weight to the perimeter of the clubhead to help increase the MOI, forgiveness and stability when using this golf club. A small slant, sometimes referred to as a “jet” neck, has been used in for the shaft of this golf club to provide an uninterrupted view of the golf ball from the address that features an offset that encourages a bit of toe flow on putting strokes. The neck design of this golf putter has been paired with an updated Pistolero Plus grip that offers a new, non-slip texture that offers the perfect combination of size, feel and feedback while putting. The Scotty Cameron Phantom X family features five different variations of this golf putter that golfers can pick from to match their taste and playing style - The Phantom X 5.5, X 7, X 7.5, X 9, X 9.5, X 12. Features New Textured Grip Scotty updated the Pistolero Plus grip offering for with a new, non-slip, decorative texture that, like its predecessors, has less taper in the low hand for the ideal combination of size, feel and feedback. Complete Alignment A single milled sight line on the topline is the perfect focal cue, as this perpendicular line paired with the curved back wings and the new sole plate’s center-balancing provide confident alignment. Small Slant/Jet Neck The small slant/jet neck lays back slightly and employs a seamless shaft-over setup for an uninterrupted view of the ball from address with nearly one shaft of offset in a configuration that encourages a bit of toe flow.
