This Scanpan Maitre D' Copper Mini Paella Pan has a multi-layer construction that provides quick and even heat distribution. The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior and riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handles. The straight, high sides help contain food and expose all sides to heat. Ideal for sauteing, searing, braising, deglazing, poaching and stir frying. This 16cm mini paella pan is approximately 5.3cm high and has a base diameter of 10.4cm. Oven proof up to 260°C and suitable for all hob types except induction. Hand wash only.
