This Scanpan CTX 26cm Deep Saute Pan with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. The extra high sides to this pan make it perfect for effortlessly cooking, heating and simmering sauces or making bolognaises, chillies, goulashes and stroganoffs. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this deep saute pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.The curved sides work well with kitchen utensils and the stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. A comfortable, riveted handle transfers very little heat. The stylish steel lid with its glass centre is also oven proof to 260°C.
