The Salter Max Chopping Board Digital Kitchen Scale is a dual purpose scale and chopping board. Weigh as you prepare ingredients and place your own mixing bowl, baking dish, saucepan or jug directly on to the scale. The ‘add and weigh’ function allows you reset the scale to zero for each ingredient and save on washing up. The scale can measure in imperial and metric: grams, kilograms, pounds, ounces, fluid ounces and millilitres for flexibility when baking. An easy to read LCD display ensures every measurement is accurate. The white design is hygienic and easy to clean: simply wipe with a damp cloth. Powered by 2 x AAA batteries (included).
