Flexible cooking On top of the preset programmes, the manual setting lets you experiment with your own flavours and baking styles. You can also mix fruits, nuts, grains or jam into any recipe with ease. The chute opens automatically to dispense ingredients into the dough at the appropriate time in the kneading cycle.
