A true Auto Close Metal Gate, which incorporates both spring and magnet to close from all angles and meets the updated legislation of EN1930.2011. This metal gate features a clever automatic closing mechanism. Simply release the gate from any open position and it will close by itself from all angles. With integral SecureTech, 'red' and 'green' indicates when the gate is open or closed. The Safety 1st Auto Close Metal Gate combines simplicity, design and quality for a strong U-shaped pressure-fit gate. It fits openings from 73-80cm and can be extended to cover a maximum width of 136cm with extensions (sold separately). Using a 4-point pressure system, the gate is easy to install and creates pressure to hold the gate in place without being drilled into the wall. Made of steel, it is very strong and durable and suitable to be used at doorways and staircases. The handle design allows one-handed opening and closing and thanks to its secondary locking mechanism, this gate opens in both directions for added convenience.
