Options available are Solid Wall or Plasterboard fixing. You must ensure the shelves have a good solid fixing when installing. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the brackets are installed safely by a competent person. The wood used to make these shelves is very heavy duty so a good solid fixing is required. Custom Made The product you are purchasing is custom made to your exact requirements, we customise to the nearest millimetre & paint to a specific colour. We do not keep a stock of the product this is handmade for each individual customer by us. Because of this reason the product is none returnable. If there is a genuine fault with our furniture we will replace the item you have purchased. We will not refund or replace the item you have purchased if you have measured incorrectly, selected the incorrect colour or you simply have changed your mind.
